I first met Demi on the phone after receiving a referral from an agent here in CA as I was planning my relocation to FL. I was a little sus at first but before the phone call, I watched numerous videos of Demi on her You Tube page - Living in St John’s County. After watching a few videos, I knew from her bubbly personality and knowledge of the market, we would get a long and she would direct me well. During our first call, we discussed what I was looking for, my vision of the process, and my timeline. After a few minutes on the phone, I knew we were aligned and we set up a market visit. My wife Wendi & I arrived in Nocatee and met Demi at Starbucks, her go to meeting place. After confirming our schedule, we toured the Nocatee community and then the current homes for sale. On day two, we viewed new construction. We decided to build a Dostie home in Reflections. After signing the contract which Demi was a key component of getting us some concessions from the builder, we headed back to CA thinking that we wouldn’t hear from Demi until close to our close which was projected 9-12 months down the road. Not the case. Demi was with us during our design center visit, set up our pre-inspections, and was with us during our dry-wall walk through. We also received updates of our build via text and pictures. We have not closed yet but this journey has definitely been much easier knowing Demi is close to the build if we need anything. Above all, Wendi & feel like we have found the best NE Florida real estate professional, but more importantly, we have made a friend. I am sure once we close, Demi and her family will be regulars at our house for a holiday dinner, a BBQ, or maybe just a weekend swim. I rate Demi 5+ Stars and if you use her, you will find the home of your dreams. cheers!!!

Although I haven’t yet had the pleasure of meeting Demi in person, I already feel like I know her—and that speaks volumes about the kind of person and professional she is.
